The director of Diamond Recruitment spent 4 years of his life underground in Western Australia. In that time, he worked for 3 different underground companies and went from being a nipper/truck driver to a charge up from 2012 to 2016. His hands-on experience underground gives him an advantage over most recruiters who have not had that experience.
